Accepting these terms

By installing or playing Arrow Puzzle, or by using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not install, play, or use the site. These terms apply together with any rules Google Play requires for apps purchased or downloaded through it, which govern the app on their own terms as well.

The game

Arrow Puzzle is free to download and play, is funded by advertising, and is provided for personal, non-commercial use. Features may change as the game develops, and gameplay data such as progress, streaks, and leaderboard scores are managed by the game and may be reset if they are affected by errors, fraud, or technical problems.

Accounts

The game does not require an account. Where sign-in is offered, for example for leaderboards or tournament play, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. If another service hosts your sign-in, that service's own terms also apply to your use of it.

Purchases and billing

The game is free and, at this time, offers no in-app purchases or subscriptions. If optional paid items are added in the future, they will be processed by Google Play under its own billing terms, and these terms will be updated to describe them before they become available.

Ads shown in the game are served by Google AdMob. Clicking or interacting with ads does not create a purchase between you and Arwix Studio.

Fair use

You agree not to reverse engineer the game except where the law allows it, not to tamper with its scoring, leaderboard, or advertising systems, not to use automated tools or bots to inflate scores or generate fake engagement, and not to use the game or the site for unlawful purposes. Fairness on the leaderboard depends on everyone playing by the same rules.

Ownership

Arwix Studio owns the Arrow Puzzle name, logo, artwork, level designs, and code, and reserves all rights not expressly granted. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to install and play the game for personal use. You may share gameplay videos and streams; you may not use the game's art, name, or branding to make it look like an official product of anyone other than Arwix Studio.

The website

This site provides information about the game and links to Google Play. It records anonymous daily counts of page views, gallery engagement, and link clicks, as described in the Privacy Policy. The site may change or remove content at any time.

Ending availability

Arwix Studio may update, suspend, or withdraw the game or the site. If a feature you depend on ends, we will try to give reasonable notice in the game or on the site, where practical.

Disclaimers and liability

The game and the site are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law permits, Arwix Studio does not promise that they will be uninterrupted or error-free. Arwix Studio is not responsible for losses that are not a reasonably foreseeable result of a failure, including lost data on your device, or for the actions of advertising or store partners, which are governed by their own terms. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law rules. Where a local law gives you a mandatory right to bring a claim in your own country, that right is unaffected.
